How do I place an order?

Click into your desired item page, and then choose your color, size and quantity. Each item that has been added to the shopping bag will only be reserved for 30 minutes. Do complete your orders as soon as possible. To complete your order, click on the ‘MY BAG’ and enter your shipping details.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
You are able to shop with us without creating an account.
However, when you register with us, you will be able to enjoy the following perks. 
- Easily tracking your orders and viewing past purchases. 
- Add sold out items into your Wish List and be notified once they are in stock. 
- Save your address and card details for a faster shopping experience. 
- Be notified once there is a newly launched collection.

Unfortunately, confirmed orders cannot be amended or canceled.

How long does delivery take and how much?

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your air waybill number to track your package. If you have registered, you can also follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account followed by My Orders.
I have not received my parcel, what should I do?
